Never seen before, probably, real cover letters. Each post is a cover letter that was uploaded with an other than “normal” file name. Something to grab the attention of the Talent Acquisition Team. IF the resume made it past the AI screening. And then, after all of that, it is said that only 17% of all cover letters are read (not fact checked). And now, here they are, for the public to see.
